The foundation for solid functionality, and equipment availability, of the installation starts early in the system lifecycle.

A Customer Support Agreement helps from the project start, to the end-of-life for the system. A Customer Support Agreement is applicable in all periods of the System lifecycle.
And our service portfolio is available for customers in all the stages of the lifecycle.

During the warranty period we will work with customer personnel to minimize future outages and unnecessary stoppages. In the post warranty period, the FACTS Customer Service team can continue handling the issues that may arise. Additionally, dedicated FACTS resources are appointed to support each Customer Support Agreement.
